How is the preparation of Spicy Pineapple Salad

Spicy Pineapple Salad

Canned pineapple 250 gm, Bean sprouts 220 gm, Carrots 2 no medium, Cucumber1 No medium, Spring onions4 No, Roasted peanuts2/3 cup, Dressing Crunchy peanut butter1½ teaspoon, Sunflower oil 1½ teaspoon, Soya sause1 table spoon, Chilli powderPinch, Black Pepperto sprinkle.

1 Clean up all vegetables and cut pineapple into cubes, reserving its juice for the dressing, grate the carrot, cut small stripes of cucumber and spring onions. Cho the peanut leaving 1/3 for the dressing.2. Put all the prepared vegetables in a large bowl and toss thoroughly.3. For the dressing put the peanut butter in a jug and gradually whisk in reserved pineapple juice (3 table spoons only), oil and soy sauce. Add chilli powder and season with the black pepper. 4. Add the dressing to the vegetables and toss again thoroughly, garnish with reserved peanuts.
