How to prepare mushroom simple fried rice


Ingredients

1. Mushrooms- ¼ kg
2. Basmati rice- ½ kg
3. Onions- 2 Nos.
4. Garlic pods ground well- ½ teaspoon
5. Mashed ginger- ¾ teaspoon
6. Capsicum- 1 big
7. oil- as required
8. Soya sauce- 2 table spoons
9. Black pepper powder- 3 teaspoons
10. Spring onions- 6 Nos
11. Salt to taste

The soaked rice is washed well strained and cooked. The Mushrooms are cooked fried in some oil and kept aside. Pour oil in a saucepan and fry onions till half done.The mashed ginger and garlic are also added. This is then followed by chopped capsicum, mushroom and salt. The cooked rice is now added and mixed sprinkling black pepper powder. This may then be taken off the fire. The chopped spring onions are spread over the dish, which is now ready to serve.
