1. Mushroom - ¼ kg
2. Onions- 2 large ones
3. Chopped green chillies- 5 big ones
4. Chopped ginger- 1 piece
5. Sliced tomatoes- 2 Nos
6. Coriander powder- 3 teaspoons
7. Chilly powder- 2 teaspoons
8. Turmeric powder- ½ teaspoon
9. Garlic pods- 5 Nos
10. Garam masala- 2 teaspoons
11. Coriander leaves- 2 bunches
12. Salt to taste
13. Oil- 2 teaspoons
How to prepare
Oil is heated in a frying pan and the mushrooms are fried. When they are about three fourth done, ginger, green chillies and garlic pods chopped small are added.Turmeric powder and salt are added and mixed well. Coriander powder, chilly powder and tomatoes are added and fried along with the others. Half cup hot water is added and once all the ingredients are cooked well and attain required consistency with a thick gravy, it is taken off the fire. Garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves are sprinkled over the dish which is now ready to serve.
