How to make Tasty Mango pickle or manga achar

1. remove skin from fresh matured
mangoes and chop finely- 1/4 kg
2. salt to taste
3. pickle powder- 100gm
4. water boiled and cooled-1/2 cup
5. gingelly oil -2 dsp
mustard- 1 tsp
dry chilly-2 (cut each into 3 piece)
Mix well ingredients from 1 to 3. Add water to it. Heat gingelly oil and fry mustard and dry chilly. Remove from fire and add this to mango.
