How to make Karimeen Fry?

1. karimeen cleaned and gashed- 4
2. dry chillies-10 gm
3. pepper- 5-6
4. turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
5. garlic- 5 flakes
6. small red onion-5
7. salt to taste
8. oil as required
9. curry leaf and lemon to decorate
Smear some lime juice on the fish and keep for some time. Grind dry chillies pepper, turmeric powder, garlic, small red onion & salt to a fine paste and smear on the fish and keep it for an hour. Add some oil in a skillet and fry the fish on both sides over low fire. Decorate with lemon and curry leaves
