ingredients
1. chicken- 800 gm
2. tomatoes-400gm
3. onion-400 gm
4. fennel seeds(perumjeerakam)-1 heap tsp
5. oil-140 ml
6. ginger garlic paste-40 gm
7. chilly powder- 30 gm
8. coriander powder- 20 gm
9. turmeric powder- 3 gm
10. salt to taste
11. pepper corn- 40 gm
12. water for cooking
13. coriander leaves- 1/4 bunch
14. mustard- 2 gm
15. lime-1no.
method
Heat oil, crackle fennel seeds , add chopped onions and cook till brown in colour. Add ginger garlic paste. Add chopped tomatoes ,
turmeric powder , chilly powder and coriander powder. Add chicken and saute well. Add water,
little lime juice and salt. Add crushed pepper, curry leaves, coriander leaf and cook well.
