How to make very tasty Coconut Burfi

1. coconut finely grated- 1
2. sugar- 650 gms
3. cardamom- 5 gms
4. food colour- pink
Prepare sugar syrup of one thread stage. Add grated coconut to it. Stir well till it slightly thickens. Add cardamom powder and colour. Spread the mixture on a buttered plate and cut into small pieces.
