Tasty Egg mushroom

1. Mushrooms- 50 gm
2. Ginger- 1 piece
3. Green chillies- 4 Nos.
4. Curry leaves- 1 bunch
5. Turmeric powder- ¼ teaspoon
6. Salt to taste
7. Oil- 3 teaspoons
8. Boiled eggs- 1 No.
9. Mustard seeds- ½ teaspoon
10. Onions- 1 No.

The mustard seeds are heated in oil and onions, green chillies, curry leaves, salt and turmeric powder are added.
the mushroom are cooked, strained off water and fried with the above. Once the mix is fried well, the boiled eggs, sliced long to six pieces each are added, cooked for about two minutes and taken off the fire, ready to serve.
