How can we make Delicious caramel cake


ingredients

1. butter- 1 cup
2. maida – 1 ½ cup
3. sugar- 1 ½ cup (Powder it)
4. egg - 4
5. baking powder-1 tea spoon
6. vanilla essence-1 tea spoon
7. grambu -1 no’s
8. jathika -1/2
9. nuts -10} optional
kismiss - 10 }
10.milk - ½ cup

method
Take maida , baking powder grambu & jathika(crushed)and stir well to blend. Keep it separately. Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time along with sugar powder beating for one minute with mixer on high speed after each addition. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture . Add nuts & kismiss into the mixture. Add vanilla essence. Caramelise 1 table spoon of sugar & add to the cake mixture. Spread batter into greased cake dish. Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 55 to 65 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
