Delicious Tender coconut Pudding

1. 10 gms China grass
2. 1 cup water
3. 1 cup tender coconut water
4. 1 tin condensed milk
5. 2 tins milk
6. 5 dsp sugar
7. 1 cups thin scrapings of tender coconut
8. ¼ cup coconut, finely grated

1. Soak China grass in 1 cup water and dissolve over low flame. Remove from heat.
2. Add the tender coconut water.
3. In another pan, dissolve 5 dsp sugar in milk and condensed milk over low heat, stirring all the time.
4. After the sugar has dissolved, add melted China grass and remove from heat.
5. Strain into a flat glass dish.
6. Arrange coconut scrapings over the pudding and refrigerate.
7. Roast grated coconut and 1 dsp sugar over low flame. Sprinkle over the pudding before serving.
