How is the preparation of the Pineapple Pachadi

Pineapple Pachadi

You will need:
1. 2 cups ripe pineapple, chopped
2. 2 green chillies, half slit
3. 1” ginger, sliced
4. Salt to taste
5. ½ cup water
6. 1 cup coconut, grated
7. 2 dry red chillies
8. 1 tsp mustard seeds, crushed
9. ½ cup curd, beaten.

For the Seasoning:
1. 2 dsp refined vegetable oil
2. ½ tsp mustard seeds
3. 3 dry red chillies, halved
4. A few curry leaves

1. Cook pineapple with green chillies, ginger, salt and ½ cup water.
2. Grind coconut and red chillies to a paste. Add crushed mustard seeds.
3. Mix the ground ingredients with the cooked pineapple. Allow it to boil once and remove from fire. Add beaten curd and mix well.
4. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add red chillies and curry leaves.
5. Pour the seasoning over the cooked pineapple. Mix well.
